IN ELDERS' HOMES: the service includes a Smart Hub for secure, two-way, hands-free communication, and additional Smart Sensors to detect falls, motion, air quality, and temperature. It also provides 24/7/365 voice-activated access to a professional emergency response team.
CAREGIVERS: Aloe Care's private, secure Family App facilitates care collaboration and effortless connection. The app gives everyone in the designated circle of care real-time, at-a-glance status-checks, including alerts if there is a fall and updates from emergency response teams if they have been engaged. Caregivers see the status of elders' motion (e.g., "Judy was moving in the kitchen at 7:48AM"), in-home temperature and air quality. If there are any anomalies, caregivers are notified. Remote caregivers can also use the app to enlist the help of local professional emergency response for the elder. Check-ins by fellow caregivers are noted in-app, and care-need collaboration tools are built-in. Caregivers can also use the app to talk to the elder through the elders' Smart Hub.
