Mom past away in 2006. Taking care of Disabled sister 57 years old.

She is totally dependent on me.
What is the hardest thing about being a caregiver and the most rewarding thing?
Hardest is not a lot of help. The most rewarding is my sister is happy.
What advice would you give to other caregivers?
Expect the unexpected.
