I am her partner.

We don’t live together any more. She cannot speak.
What is the hardest thing about being a caregiver and the most rewarding thing?
Hardest—she’s not “here” anymore. Rewarding? She smiles when she sees me.
What advice would you give to other caregivers?
Be patient and loving to your beloved & to yourself.
