How did you become the caregiver for your loved one?
I started off taking care of a mum who had kidney failure.
Has your relationship changed with the loved one that you are caring for? If so how?
I have become part of the family even after my client passed away. Her husband and I are still friends as if she never left us
What is the hardest thing about being a caregiver and the most rewarding thing?
The hardest is having to set boundaries for both of you. Giving families a real break, and developing skills all the time
What advice would you give to other caregivers?
Be yourself. You might find out allies you.never knew existed.

My client had lost his wife 7 months prior and was longing to be with her. They were married for 52 years. I was asked many times why life have to be so hard. Why they have to suffer so much. I never knew what the answers were.
