How did you become the caregiver for your loved one?
My mother was in a horrible accident and I helped take care of her.
Has your relationship changed with the loved one that you are caring for? If so how?
I always been a mom's girl but after taking care of her we grew so much closer because I understood what she was going through.
What is the hardest thing about being a caregiver and the most rewarding thing?
Hardship thing is seeing elderly mistreated and the best thing is that I have the opportunity to brighten their day when they feel alone, unwanted and alone.
What advice would you give to other caregivers?
To listen to your patient. Have patience and be understanding and caring.
In ten words or less, what has caregiving taught you?
To be more humble.
Describe a situation where being a Fearless Caregiver helped you succeed?
I succeeded as a caregiver because I was afraid of death but death is what some of my patients looked forward to due to their trust in God.
