Getting in/out of bed: Alzheimer's
My challenge is that mom cannot understand how to properly lie down and position herself in bed. She cannot follow verbal instructions so I'm having to increasingly lift/push etc.. I know that my back will not stay healthy for long if I continue to assist in this way. Suggestions?
