No upper body strength to get up, after a fall.
We had our bathroom remodeled to help my husband when he falls. BUT . . . what we did not anticipate is, no amount of grab bars could help, if the person, like my husband does not have upper body strength to pull himself up. I am of no help because my husband is dead weight. So far prior to our remodeling the bathroom, he fell in the family room, After the remodeling, he also fell 2 xs in the family room & out in the yard. So, what to do????
