Lori Murphy is a partner in Lynch Conger McLane, LLP, and focuses her practice in estate planning, estate administration, and land use. Lori’s estate planning practice includes individual planning and business succession planning. She assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, living wills and trusts, including special needs trusts. Her clients include individuals, couples, business owners, attorneys, and families with special needs members.
Lori’s estate administration practice includes the representation of individuals who are administering decedents’ estates, including estates related to personal injury, wrongful-death or class-action suits. Lori assists clients to navigate both the small-estate and full probate processes in Oregon. Additionally, clients seek her assistance with trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, and petitions for guardians of minors’ estates.
