I have to love them and treat them the way I will like to be treated by others.

The hardest thing is when a caregiver doesn't know how to do their job and the most rewarding thing is when a caregiver does all that she is supposed to do.

What advice would you give to other caregivers?

Treat your residents with dignity.

Others need my help to carry on their daily activities.
