LifePod’s Proactive-Voice Caregiver service provides caregivers with easy-to-use, two-way voice dialog templates such as: appointment and medication reminders, news/weather updates, periodic voice check-ins, control of smart-home devices and enhanced fall detection.  LifePod is also preparing extended, HIPAA-compliant versions of the Proactive-Voice Caregiver service capable of helping professional caregivers support varied patient populations, including those with chronic diseases or special needs, in their home.    

Caregiver- and User-Friendly:  Thanks to LifePod’s unique “proactive-voice” capability – which enables the LifePod service to speak to a user without first being “woken” by the user – professional or family caregivers can schedule and personalize friendly voice dialogs, using an intuitive online portal, to check-in on and support their family members or clients throughout the day.  In addition, caregivers are constantly updated about their care recipient’s well-being and even their voice responses to LifePod via daily reports and configurable text alerts.
