I had the pleasure of greeting a centenarian, when I was in my prime. I asked, “How do you live so long?” Reply: “It’s easy, just live one day atta time.” An octogenarian, recalling the elder’s insight, I gaze into the mirror and realize that the senior was completely right. Most often, the quality of life is determined by what one eats, breathes, and drinks, As well as by one’s company and by what one does and thinks. Safeguarding our health and environment, we must always care. As for being centenarians, I hope to see you there.
