Re-homing Service Dogs

Where can I get information on finding a new home for my grand-dog Coco, who is my deceased daughters faithful companion and Service Dog?  She has nowhere to go now. Her home is being sold and there is no one I can find who will take her. She knows what is happening and it is breaking my heart.
