Fear of Falling

My mom is 97 - she had been walking at her assisted living facility with a walker until 1 week ago and now she will not stand or walk. She denies pain and there is no known trauma or obvious physical abnormalities. All of a sudden she's just petrified she will fall. I need guidance on approaching this. thanks
