Mom Forgets to Drink Water

My mother has Alzheimer her memory is getting worse all the time I try very hard to compensate for things she cant remember, I bought her a large Digital display clock that shows day and time and am/pm because she gets confused about that, she has a problem with being dehydrated and has been hospitalized twice because of it, I give her a Large covered drinking glass in the morning with her meds and when I am home I try and remind her to drink as often as I can, is there a device I can get with a hourly alarm to remind her to drink.  I have searched the web and have not been able to find anything as of yet.  If you know of something it would be greatly appreciated.
