Caregiver Depression

Having been a caregiver for the last 4 years and driving 3 hours each way, every other week; it's time to address Caregiving Depression!! I'd really like to see more attention to this issue and real assistance in which medications work best. I've been on same antidepressant for 10 years, but time for something different as it hasn't worked for last 3 years. Its extremely difficult to get "therapy" since I'm on the road 2 days out of every 7. It's ridiculous how many different meds there are. Thanks for any advice. Donna
