Mom stays in bed all the time

I been taking care of my mother now for the past 3 years I think I have her dementia under control. I live with her 24 hours a day. She can cook for herself and she takes a shower when I ask her to. I do all the cleaning and take care of her every need, but now she stays in bed all the time and does not walk much. I am worried that soon she is not going to be able to walk. Do you have any suggestions for me?
