Having Trouble Coping with Caregiving

I am the full time caregiver for my husband who is permanently disabled and also chronically ill. We have been through four life threatening illnesses in the past eight years along with several other serious medical problems.  I have gotten  him through each one but feel it has taken its toll on me and I am having trouble coping with all of his needs and have no one to help me with mine.  I don't know how I can continue taking care of him and all of our daily needs, and this concerns me very much.
