Finding Help for My Mom

My mom is 82 and has not doing well since Xmas. She will not go to doctor and she is still driving. It would be great if someone could come out and talk to her and maybe do an evaluation. This is past due and her health is not good. She let me call for meals on wheels on Friday. but that is all so far.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
