Looking for Professional Support

I am my wife's 24/7 care partner.  She was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at age 36 - almost 30 years ago.  I am looking for a psychologist/psychiatrist to talk with but someone who understands caregiving and chronic diseases.  Any ideas on where to start looking?  Thanks.
