Smoothie
(for the Non-eater)

Instructions
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
1 banana



Nutritional info:  Even the most stubborn non eater will enjoy this concoction
Pour all items into blender and mix until smooth


Preparation time:   10 minutes
Number of servings: 3-4
Diet condition:   Non or poor eater

Cucumbers in Dill
Ingredients
Instructions

2 large cucumbers peeled and sliced. 3/4 cup of no fat plain yogurt or no- fat sour cream.
1 Tablespoon of dried Dill or amount to your liking.




Diet condition:  vegetarian, low/no fat, low salt

Place cucumber slices in medium sized bowl. Mix in the No fat yogurt or No fat sour cream, add the Dill & mix well. Chill at Least 2 hrs, But it is better to make ahead in the morning or day before , to let the flavors blend. Stir and serve.

Number of servings: 4-6
