Mix ingredients together and spoon onto cookie sheet this is a very healthy dessert or snack when clients don't/won't eat.

Nutritional info:
Since some clients don't like to eat, sometimes the cookies could be used as a replacement considering the fact the you are using oatmeal, and three different types of fruit and you are also omitting a lot of the salt for patients with heart problems. You could even omit the baking soda if needs be. The client won't miss it.
