On July 24, 2014, Today’s Caregiver magazine and Caregiver.com hosted the 2014 Boca Raton Fearless Caregiver Conference. This was the 136th conference held around the nation by the publication since 1998. More than 50,000 family and professional caregivers in 28 states have learned how to be Fearless Caregiver advocates for their loved ones, clients and themselves.

The expert Question and Answer panel at the Boca Raton Fearless Caregiver Conference consisted of  Dr. Jon Segal, CEO, DiscountMedicalSupplies.com; Veronica A. Castro, LCSW, C-ASWCM, Veterans Administration Caregiver Support Coordinator, Kim Clawson, Elder Helpline Director, Area Agency on Aging, Palm Beach/Treasure Coast and Brenda Horvath, RN, Humana.

The hundreds of caregivers in attendance were able to ask direct questions of these caregiving thought leaders and spend the day learning about the latest techniques, products, services and innovations they need in their role as family caregivers ...more
