I have a question and hope someone will
give me a tip. My daughter, an adult in her
fifties, is quadriplegic due to MS. Her
caregiver is her husband, who works from
home. As of late, it is getting harder to
dress her. She cannot do this lying
down on the bed and cannot bear any weight.
Any ideas out there?

My 96 year old mother is in the same situation and I
have found adaptive clothing a company in Canada www.silverts.com You can request a catalog. They are very nice to deal with. I pray this will be of help as I know that kind of clothing is difficult to find.

Try SILVERTS Adaptive Clothing (out of Canada) as they open in the back.

While looking for an affordable wheelchair cape for my Mom, I came across a website that specializes in all types of clothing and sleepwear that can be put on from the front - perfect for people who cannot bear weight. The company is Buck and Buck and they may be just what you're looking for.
