This Week's Carenote - 10/15/09

I have a 25 year old son who has recently been diagnosed with bipolar and lives in State College PA.  How do I help him find social services available to him?  He would benefit from counseling, and he needs social services for meds.  He has no insurance or job. How do I find help for him or who do I refer him to find help for himself.  The social work maze can be a nightmare to figure out.

Thank you,

J D
